Geofenced auto clock-in
Draw a geofence around each job site once, and every crew member
assigned there is automatically clocked in the moment they arrive and
clocked out the moment they leave. No punch clock, no app to
remember to open, no "forgot to clock out" timesheet edits at the
end of the week.
Two tracking modes, per employee
Scheduled
For crews with a fixed site assignment. Tracking runs
continuously against their expected job site, so an unplanned
site change or early/late arrival is captured accurately too.
Unscheduled
For crews with variable shifts. Location reporting switches on
15 minutes before a scheduled start and off after clock-out - so
battery and privacy are only spent during work hours.
Job site management
Add, edit, and retire job sites from one list - name, address,
and geofence radius per site. Every site an employee is assigned to
shows up automatically on their schedule and their tracking mode.
Employee management & invites
Add a worker with their name, role, and contact info, and
ClockPlanet emails them an invite to get set up - no manual account
creation on their end. Manage roles, tracking mode, and status for
your whole crew from a single dashboard.
Timesheets, ready for payroll
Every geofence entry and exit becomes a timesheet entry
automatically, with manual add/edit for the exceptions that always
come up. Review and approve hours per employee per week, then hand
them off to whatever payroll system you already use.
